Ocuphire Pharma, Inc. (“Ocuphire”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we receive in connection with your use of this website (“Site”) and how we collect, use and share this information. It forms a part of the Terms governing your use of the Site and only applies to the Site and not any other Ocuphire offering such as a particular clinical trial.  When you choose to access and use the Site, you are agreeing that Ocuphire may collect, use and share your information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

Ocuphire appreciates your trust in us with respect to your personal information. Unfortunately, despite these precautions and safeguards, Ocuphire cannot ensure or guarantee the security of your personal information. As noted in our Terms, Ocuphire and its affiliates are not liable for loss or damage caused by any unauthorized use or access to your personal information.

If you are visiting the Site from a country other than the United States, please note that the Terms for the Site are governed by New York law. Some countries including those in the European Economic Area may have privacy laws that are more extensive or strict than those in the United States or other countries. Ocuphire may change this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our privacy practices or applicable law.
